We are a well established business that has been in operation for over 20 years. We have three locations offering predominantly massage and myotherapy. We have an allied health room available to rent on a daily or weekly basis at our Southbank location. A larger room with frosted window is available, or a smaller room with a sink if preferred.

Our aesthetic is mid-century industrial, combining natural textures of wood and quality fabrics with polished concrete flooring and rugs. Lighting is subtle and changeable with a variety of lamp options, or bright overheads should you prefer. The general feel is clean, professional consulting rooms, with a relaxed and calm atmosphere.

There is access to waiting areas, a kitchenette with a fridge, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and a bathroom. Paid parking is available through Wilson Parking downstairs.

We're looking for a tenant who wants to run their own business and manage their own bookings. Our business operates with a practitioner run reception and we do not provide reception services, although access to wifi and HICAPS is provided (you would be liable for any other costs associated with the HICAPS facilities other than unit rental. You may provide your own HICAPS unit if that is your preference). Laundry facilities at an extra fee.

Ideal for osteopath, acupuncturist/Chinese Medicine, psychology, naturopath, nutritionist.

A standard massage table is provided but we cannot accommodate a chiropractic table unless renting 7 days.

Our previous tenant was a psychologist.

Our lease agreement is simple and fair and represents our mutual respect. Lease terms can be altered to accommodate your requirements and preferred days. A 12 month commitment is preferred which can include a trial period.
