Room Options & Specifications
Individual rooms range in size from 3.2m × 3.2m to 5m × 4.5m
Permanent tenants can also make occasional bookings for larger group spaces (26sqm to 55sqm)
All rooms feature individually controlled air conditioning and heating
Furnished or unfurnished options available

Flexible Rental Models
Permanent exclusive room rental or regular weekly booking arrangements available. Long and short-term lease options available from $350 per week (plus GST). Arrangements can include one or more days per week to suit your practice needs.
