I am a consultant dermatologist with an established private practice in Manchester and am currently looking for a professional city-centre consulting base. My practice is consultation-based, seeing both adult and paediatric dermatology patients, with no surgical procedures or other regulated treatments carried out on site.
The facilities you offer, particularly the receptionist service, waiting area and central location, appear to fit very well with what I am looking for.
I wondered if you could let me know:
Whether the rooms would be suitable for a consultant dermatologist.
Current availability, particularly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Whether there is any flexibility regarding the minimum three-day commitment.
Whether there is secure storage available for equipment and stationery.
Whether there is access to parking nearby for clinicians and patients.
If it would be possible to arrange a viewing when I return to Manchester.
