We have two talking therapy rooms available to let.

Located in the heart of Streatham, less than 5 minutes walk from Streatham British Rail station and close to the many buses that travel along Streatham High Road. This is a great location to start a therapy practice.

Rooms are located within the attractive Hideaway Workspace Business centre (http://www.instreatham.com/hideaway-workspace) with weekday reception cover, and a modern kitchen and toilets. Rooms are available for hire during daytimes, evenings and weekends.

Rooms are warm and equipped with air conditioning and heating. One room has 4 chairs, and the other has three chairs so both would be suitable for relationship counselling if needed.

Opening hours are from 9.00am until 9.00pm seven days a week. We operate two 6 hour sessions per day; 9am until 3pm and 3pm until 9pm.

The rooms are only rented to therapists and we ask that all therapists are registered with a Counselling body such as BACP or UKCP.

The business centre is in the process of making Wi-Fi accessible for all.

There is a large car-park. Space cannot be guaranteed but there is also cheap parking available at the nearby TESCO Hub.

Opening Times
The rooms are available 9am-3pm and 3pm until 9pm Monday to Saturday.

The centre is available 24/7 so there is the added possibility of seeing clients before 9am in the morning as well.

Prices
£40 for a 6 hour slot (9am-3pm or 3pm-9pm). We understand that starting out in practice can feel like a big step so we are not asking for an ongoing contracted commitment. We send out invoices monthly.

We do ask that you pay for each week (whether used or not), but we have kept the six hour slot at the very competitive price of £40.
