Purpose built therapy rooms under busy chemist. Air conditioning, wifi, treatment couches, towels etc all provided. Possibility for owner to purchase additional equipment/furniture. Stage 1 involves entry through ground floor chemist but with planning received for external staircase and plans for future development of the site. Busy existing practice able to help with mutual referrals.

Mon-Fri 8am - 8pm

Saturday 8am - 6pm

Prices
Week days 3 available sessions 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, 4pm-8pm and Sat 8am-1pm, 1pm-6pm.

Cost is £35 a session with negotiable rates for multiple sessions

Possibility of rent free period for therapy complementing a physiotherapy clinic
