Sub contracting rate of only 30% per appointment for three months and then a monthly rental amount for minimum of 1 year with a lease agreement. The full time monthly rental is only $320 per week plus gst. or (part time min. 3 days).
Rate includes all utilities, hicaps, unlimited phone and internet use, advertising, quarterly newsletters, street exposure, full kitchen, shower facilities, close to Clarendon Street and Kings Way, surrounded by a corporate and residential area.
You will have your own large, modern treatment room, with large windows and plenty of natural light.
All rooms are fitted with split system (heating/cooling), rooms available furnished and unfurnished.
