The room is currently fully furnished for counselling or consulting with chairs, round conference table and desk. Please note the room is carpeted. The treatment room is available on a full or part time basis with an immediate start.

Rent:$450 weekly $100 full day, $63 half day (ex GST).Very generous rent free period for the right tenant.

The rooms would suit the needs of a Child or Educational Psychologist,Speech Therapist,Hypnotherapist ,Dietitian, Naturopath, Nutritionist, Chinese Medicine, and Homeopath etc. Someone with experience and/ or an existing patient base would be preferred but not essential.Practitioners must be professional and responsible for their own business. Public liability and professional indemnity insurance are required.
