There is a choice of 2 rooms, both rooms are currently fully furnished with electric table, desk and shelving unit for supplies however room can be empty if preferred. Please note the room is carpeted. The chosen treatment room is available on a full or part time basis with an immediate start.

Rent: $110 full day, $70 half day (Inclusive of GST).Very generous rent free period for the right tenant.

The rooms would suit the needs of a Dietitian, Naturopath, Nutritionist, Chinese Medicine, and Homeopath etc. Someone with experience and/ or an existing patient base would be preferred but not essential.Practitioners must be professional and responsible for their own business. Public liability and professional indemnity insurance are required.
