A health clinic in Robina, close to hospital, has a spare room available for 7 days a week.

Ideally, we are looking to rent the room to someone for the full week, long term rates are available.

Room has everything needed, furniture and top of the range treating bed included. Facilities have washing machine and dryer + sink and kitchen/tea room for staff. Not to mention the patient waiting room is beautiful.

Clinic has no reception as everything is booked online and runs smoothly - less overheads.

Toilets are located close to the clinic in the main building.

Client parking is included on the street, we have never had any complaints of our client base regarding this. There are 10 - 15 parking spaces infront of the building also.

Negotiable on weekly rent. 2 weeks rent + bond will be required prior to starting.
