We have 2 consulting rooms for rent in our beautiful practice at Warners Bay.

Our practice has been recently renovated with a quality fitout providing a warm and inviting environment for clients.

The two rooms come fully furnished although furniture can be removed if not needed.

The rooms would suit various professionals, and may be particularly ideal for health professionals, i.e. Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Massage Therapists, etc.

The rooms are located in a great location which are easily accessible and surrounded by various other professionals in the Warners Bay area.

Rent is $300 per room per week. This is inclusive of shared use of: reception area, administration room, kitchen facilities, and designated staff and client bathroom facilities. Electricity, building outgoings, and cleaning fees are also included in this price.

Daily hire of rooms may also be considered in which case the rate would be negotiated.
