Fresh and modern rooms for rent in a multi-disciplinary practice located close to the Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick, Sydney.

Commencing business from the beginning of July, the clinic has four modern, clean rooms with two available to rent. The rooms can be rented for full days or half days for seven days a week with all expenses included.

Join our team and we will take care of the marketing, website and social media presence. The website and social media is frequently updated with articles and your profile will be included on the site to further drive your business. The clinic also has signage and main street frontage.

Due to the close proximity to GPs, specialists and both private and public hospitals, there is ample scope for referrals including within the practice itself. 

Therapist
The practice presently includes several Acupuncturists and Herbalists, therefore we are looking for a variety of other professionals to complement our team, such as Massage therapists, Dietician, Nutritionist, Psychologist, Counselor and Myotherapist. We are open to other therapies and invite other health professionals or specialists to apply.

Room
Each room will be fully furnished with desk and chairs, depending on the requirements of the practitioner. Pillows, throws and linen will also be provided by the clinic.

• Room two: 2m x 3.5m

Clinic
The rooms offer the use of an excellent reception and waiting area. In reception there is a PC, printer and phone, with assess to HICAPS/eftpos machine, Wifi and Cliniko practice management software.

Location
Located at the intersection of Belmore Road, Coogee Bay Road and Avoca Street, the clinic is in the heart of this vibrant area with its banks, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and independent stores all at arm’s reach.

The clinic is close to a large number of buses services. There is also 1 & 2 hour parking available in the local area and 2 hr free parking within 2 min walk.
In 2018 the clinic will have a tram stop conveniently located across the road.


Rates
Room fees: Monday - Sunday
$130 for a full day (incl. GST), 7am – 8pm
$70 for a half day (incl. GST), 7am – 1.15pm or 1.30pm – 8pm

One month notice for cancellation is required. Rent is due on the 2nd of every month and paid in advance. One month deposit is required which is fully refundable.
