I'm looking for someone to share my office space at Work inc in Lavender Bay (North Sydney), with a flexible arrangement for days. The rental cost is $1489 per month.

A bit of background: I've been at Work inc for years and love it — private office, right at the base of the Harbour Bridge, 24/7 access, all the amenities (meeting rooms, kitchen, on-site cafe, reception, printing, showers, towels). My previous office-mate (a nutritionist) is moving on at the end of September, and I'm looking for another practitioner to take on 2-3 days a week alongside my 2 (Tuesdays and Fridays), splitting the cost the way we always have.

Would suit another allied health practitioner — physio, nutritionist, dietitian, massage, exercise physiologist, psychologist, or similar — who'd value being alongside an established physio practice for potential cross-referrals. The room is large, has full privacy blinds and glass frosting and is in a beautiful setting under the harbour bridge.

Timeline-wise, I'd love to have someone confirmed by early-to-mid September so we can get the paperwork sorted before the handover on October 1st.
