Vaughan Grigor - General Manager

Vaughan grew up on the Gold Coast, attended University Of Queensland and from an early age knew his calling in life was to help those with hearing difficulties. Growing up with a grandfather with severe hearing loss and a father with only one ear, fuelled his passion and empathetic nature to find the best possible solution for each individual.
Since entering the workforce in 1990 he was quickly promoted and has held a number of senior positions, globally as well as consulting to the industries largest companies before establishing Entire Hearing Care.
Vaughan now regularly provides training and industry experience to medical students and nurses and is know and respected for taking a very holistic approach to client care. He has transformed his diverse range of Audiological sub- specialties to delivering clinical services and steering EHC into the future.
