I am an accredited exercise physiologist that graduated from the The University Of Queensland in 2006 with first class honours. Since graduation I have worked in private practice mostly as a sole trader. During this time I have worked extensively with a broad range of chronic conditions ranging from metabolic diseases such as type II Diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and chronic pain conditions. I very much enjoy being able to assist my clients in improving their quality of life and functional capacity through the use of well structured and individualized exercise prescription.
