Suitable for: single and couples counselling, therapy and psychotherapy. Is possible to fit own treatment couch in the room for body psychotherapy, physical therapies etc.

Tuesday: 9-11am; 2.30-4.00pm
Wednesday: 9am-4.30pm
Thursday: 9-10.30am; 12.30-2.30pm
Friday: 7pm-9pm (2 hour minimum rental period after 5pm)
Saturdays also possible by arrangement.

Accreditation and Insurance: It would be preferred if therapists using the room are required to be a member of their relevant professional body - if you are not a member of your professional body, you will be asked for two professional references. All practitioners to have professional indemnity insurance.

Furniture: 2 seater sofa (pulls out into sofa bed flat on floor if needed); 1 armchair; 1 desk and desk chair; 1 chest of drawers.

Facilities: wifi, use of bathroom (next door) and kitchen (next room along).

Building: Room is situated on ground floor of an Edwardian terraced flat. The door the therapy room is immediately adjacent to the front door as you enter the building. Property is occupied by a therapist who also uses this room on some days. There is also a cat but she is not allowed in the therapy room so as to keep the room suitable for clients who may be allergic.

Access is through the front door of the property. Your clients will be asked to arrive no earlier than 5 mins before their appointment and to knock on the front door (or on the therapy room window right next to it, if you prefer).

Prices
Cost: £10 per hour with a minimum contract of 1-hour per week (2-hours per week for slots after 5pm) payable monthly in arrears by bank transfer.
