We have available our lovely clinic for long term rent. Yes, you get use of the entire clinic with waiting area, partitioned clinic room, kitchenette and toilet.

Would suit allied health practitioner, such as physiotherapist, osteopath, naturopath, reflexologist and the like.

Currently the clinic is available full day Monday $88, half day Thursday (morning) $44 and twice fortnightly Saturday and/or Sunday at $88 per day. Agreement can be made to secure the room for more then one day at a discounted price.

We are looking for a long term tenant that is willing to build their business in the area and that suits the ethos of our clinic.
