Room 1: 15m2. Room has a Pilates Reformer with Tower, a treatment table and a sink as well as some kettle bells, weights & bands. Would suit physiotherapist, exercise physiologist or similar. Room has aircon/heater.

Room 2: 12m2. Room has a nice big desk, a treatment table and plenty of shelf space and would suit naturopath / nutritionist, massage therapist, psychologist / counsellor or life coach, osteopath, physiotherapist or similar. Room has aircon / heater.

Room 3: 12m2. Room has a good sized desk, treatment table, sink & plenty of floor space with kettle bells, weights, bands, fit balls etc... available. Would suit massage therapist, acupuncturist, physiotherapist, exercise physiologist or similar. Room has heater and we can get a fan if needed.

New pics of rooms coming soon from recent renovations. We have a receptionist on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and can get one on other shifts if needed. We are flexible with which room you are after to some extent and can negotiate on price depending on whether you're an established business or a start up. We are ideally looking for some good team fits with our busy Clinical Myotherapy business. We have 4 team members working various days and times. We do team training fortnightly which if applicable you are welcome to join.

Ball park for rent somewhere around $75 for a half day or $110 for a full day for casual, cheaper for locked in schedule and cheaper if taking 3+days per week. Bond will be required upon acceptance and a facilities contract will need to be signed.
