Who are we:

Exhale Consulting Suites is an internationally recognised (ICED 2024), intentionally designed inclusive space where people can feel able to stop, rest, receive support, recuperate and revive. Exhale is home to a range of practitioners connected by common values in client centered and inclusive health care.


Exhale provides an opportunity to co-locate, cross refer and connect with like minded colleagues while continuing to develop and drive your individual practice and organization.

Exhale consulting suites and Eat Love Live were founded by Jo Money, a dietitian and credentialed eating disorder clinician with over 20 years experience working in mental health.


Jo's intention is to create a health care organization and location where client centered care is a reality not just a throwaway line; Client’s emotional regulation needs are considered and met. Exhale (our space) and Eat Love Live (the practice) have been created with nervous system regulation, clients possible traumas and marginalized identities in mind.


We would love to expand to create a dynamic multi disciplinary center. We have an established cohort of clients with chronic illness, eating disorders, mental health concerns and who hold a range of neurodivergent and gender diverse identities. We are always looking for amazing mental health professionals to refer to!


Current possibilities to engage include:


Daily or weekly room rental ($150 per day + GST/ $600 Per week + GST)
Group room rental ($250 Full day/ $150 ½ day)
Room rental + Reception ( Minimum 3 days Price on application)
