Chiropractor ROOM 1 - available for a psychologist or psychologist group looking to take over the room full time minimum 4 days per week. Biggest of 3 rooms, only one with window for natural light = $95 incl GST per day

Psychologist ROOM 2 - available Thursday, Friday, Sunday = $85 incl GST per day

Psychologist ROOM 3 - available Monday, every second Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday = $85 incl GST per day

** Room 1 would need to be completely furnished by you**
** Room 2/Room 3 are already set up for psychology services, the rooms would suit various Mental health practitioners only**

- General Includes: - Waiting area, Split system cooling/heating, Eftpos/Hicaps, Kitchenette, Filtered water, Secure car spot.

- Room includes: - Desk, NBN internet Wi-Fi or ethernet, Split system cooling/heating, Dimmable lights, Hand wash basin.
