We are a chiropractic clinic in North Broadbeach/ Surfers Paradise area and have two rooms available to rent from. The big room is 4.2m x 3.2m and the small room is 2.9m x 1.6m.
We are located on the Gold Coast Highway shop front. We are a very busy clinic and we are looking for someone to utilise the extra space we have here at the moment.
Looking for someone we can work with and would like to do a short term lease to start off with. We are happy to negotiate on the price as well so if you would like to come down and have a look at the rooms please let me know.
The room can be cleared of chiro beds etc if needed.
