- Newly renovated with each room containing its own reverse-cycle air-con unit and a multitude of power points.
- Multidisciplinary health space with 2 comfortable shared waiting rooms
- Current on-site clinicians include: Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Podiatrist, Skin care doctors, Hair treatment doctors.
- Receptionist on-site to greet clients (Arrangements can be made if full services are needed)
- Shared bathroom and kitchen facilities.
- Wi-fi, elctricity, water, and toilet amenities included in room rate.
- Gym space free to use for practitioners outside of business hours.

Location environment:
- Medical clinic with 6 referring GPs
- Specialist health clinic with a range of specialists from the nearby hospitals
- Chiropractor
- Café and other retail
- More than 25 free on street parks in front of clinic

Rates (Booked on a monthly basis - longer arrangements can be made if needed):
- Daily = $120 + GST
- Weekly = $375 + GST
