Room for Rent for Health Care Professional

ExL Physiotherapy & Sports Rehab has a single treatment room available for rent to a qualified health care professional seeking to start or expand their own business with low overheads.

We offer:
• A single treatment room spanning 3 metres by 2.5 metres situated in a state of the art gym in Carlingford Court
• Great opportunity for networking and cross referrals with local doctors, personal trainers, allied health professionals
• Reception facilities including telephone, fax, internet, appointment diary, word processing and HICAPS and EFTPOS facilities
• Waiting area for clients and toilet facilities
• Massage Table within fully furnished room
• Shared kitchen with Fitness First staff
• Towels and massage oil
• Face pads and tissues
• Air conditioned working environment
• Unlimited parking
• Lift access to clinic
• Access to a state of the art gym facilities for client usage

Any additional equipment must be supplied at own cost e.g. acupuncture needles, surgical instruments.

Suitable Applicant must have the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree or University qualifications in the field of specialty
- Registration in your own professional registration
- Own Australian Business Number
- Professional/Public Liability Insurance
- Be able to register with Medicare and all private health funds
- Current Senior First Aid
- Drive and motivation to build your own client base

Desired health care professionals include, chiropractors, osteopaths, dieticians, psychologists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, acupuncturists.

Room is available for hire during the following times:

Tuesday: 6am-10pm
Wednesday: 6am-10pm
Friday: 6am-9pm
Saturday: 7.30am-7pm
Sunday: 9am-5pm

These hours are the operating hours of Fitness First Carlingford, and are subject to change during public holidays. Reception is attended during 9am-6pm from Monday to Fridays, and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.

Rent is $70 + GST per day, or less for the week ($300-$400 + GST). Rent is payable in advance for the week but you will receive all payments from clients.
