We have 3 offices of different sizes available for hire during school hours (9am-3pm) daily or 2 full days 9am -6pm per week (Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday). This is based in a paediatric speech pathology practice and so would suit an Allied Health Professional, counsellor, nutritionist, homeopath, occupational therapist or other professional.

Fully furnished waiting area with reception desk, office with table, chairs and whiteboard. $90 for a full day, $70 per school-day (9am-3pm), $50 per half day (9am-12). Great opportunities for cross referrals.

Office hire includes outgoings and offers access to our own bathroom, kitchenette with basic facilities (fridge, kettle etc).

There is ample street parking, or alternately a council parking lot within a 1 minute walk from our doors. Stockland Centre is a few minutes walk away with ample cafes and shops etc.

Room hire is available on multiple days of the week across the 3 rooms.
