Centered Studios is a yoga and wellness studio located in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood, offering private treatment rooms for massage, acupuncture, Reiki, health coaching, and psychotherapy.

We have three private rooms available for rent between 1 and 6 p.m. daily. Our diverse team includes yoga teachers, massage therapists, herbalists, acupuncturists, Thai body workers, psychotherapists, and Reiki masters.

The studio is a community-focused wellness space nestled in Rogers Park on the north side of Chicago, just south of Evanston. We specialize in yoga, meditation, and holistic wellness practices.
