Te Ara Sophia center offers a range of beautifully curated spaces designed to accommodate a variety of activities aimed at enhancing well-being and fostering community.

Our versatile and well-appointed holistic therapy rooms are designed to create an inviting and serene atmosphere, filled with natural light that enhances the healing experience. These rooms comfortably accommodate sessions ranging from one-on-one consultations to small groups.

Therapy rooms operate on a co-use basis with resident practitioners, offering the convenience of booking by the hour, half day or full day. We are happy to customize the space to accommodate different therapeutic styles and preferences.

Also available: spacious Creative Space with sink facilities, purpose-built OT Studio for occupational therapy and group therapies, and multipurpose function rooms.
